I’m a good dog

Tsotsi. Of course you give him hell for playing with your precious flowers, you shout at him and he runs back to his home. Waiting for me, wagging his tail, while waiting for the boss, only stops when I tell him to behave, “moenie met my &%$@ing flowers speel nie”. When I’m done, he starts wagging again, “I’m a good dog”.

From the very first moment I brought Tsotsi home, Geraldine felt she had to compete with him. “You love ‘that’ dog more than me!” Things have changed, now she’s treating Tsotsi as one of her own kids.

I’m getting home sick, I left Geraldine and Tsotsi 2 and a half months ago. Paid my plane ticket yesterday, in 5 or 6 weeks I’m coming home again. Before I even can kiss my wife, I have to say hi to the dog, forcing his way between us.
